We will respond to all valid data rights requests within thirty (30) days. In complex cases, this may be extended by a further two months, with notification provided to you within the initial thirty-day period. We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing any rights request to prevent unauthorised disclosure of data.
The ce999 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction or the User's country of residence. ce999 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the applicable minimum age.
If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor without verified parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.
