These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ce999. Please read every section carefully before registering an account, depositing funds or making use of any service offered on this platform. By accessing ce999, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern all use of the ce999 platform, accessible at ce999.cam and any related sub-domains, mobile-optimised versions or applications (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated and maintained by ce999 (hereinafter "ce999", "we", "us" or "our").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, participating in any game, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or using any service provided by ce999, you ("User", "Player", "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform. Continued access constitutes ongoing acceptance of any version of these Terms in force at that time.
Important Notice for Pakistani Users: ce999 does not claim that online gambling is legal, licensed or approved by any Pakistani authority, including the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial government. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 governs gambling activity within Pakistan. Use of the ce999 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction or the User's country of residence, whichever is greater. Proof of age may be required at any time. ce999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
Age Verification: ce999 employs robust age verification procedures. Any User found to be under the applicable minimum age will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to applicable verification checks and legal obligations.
It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ce999 Platform is lawful in their country of residence before registering. ce999 does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Pakistani residents must understand and comply with the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable local legislation. ce999 does not represent that it holds a licence issued by any Pakistani authority.
To open an Account, a User must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and a secure password. Users must promptly update their Account details if any information changes. ce999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at any time.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, with all funds and bonuses forfeited. This applies regardless of whether different email addresses, payment methods or devices are used.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. ce999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from a failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
ce999 is required to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to ce999's satisfaction. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
An Account is deemed dormant if there has been no login, deposit, wager or withdrawal activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ce999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, the amount of which will be notified to Users via email prior to deduction. Dormant Account funds will not be reduced below zero.
All deposits made to your ce999 Account must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. ce999 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
The payment methods available in the ce999 cashier are determined by the operator and are subject to change. Familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on the Platform. However, inclusion of a payment provider's name does not constitute endorsement, affiliation or confirmation that the provider supports gambling transactions. Users must verify availability in the live cashier at the time of deposit.
ce999 supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the cashier permits. Exchange rates and conversion fees, where applicable, are determined by the payment processor and are outside ce999's direct control. All Account balances and transaction records will reflect the currency selected at registration.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, and are displayed in the live cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and Account verification status. ce999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.
Note: ce999 does not accept deposits made using funds derived from criminal activity. Deposits suspected to be proceeds of crime will be reported to relevant authorities and the associated Account will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional incentives offered by ce999 are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
Where a welcome bonus is offered to new registrants, it is available to first-time depositing Users only. The qualifying deposit amount, bonus percentage, maximum bonus value (in PKR where applicable), wagering requirement multiplier, game contribution rates, maximum bet limit and validity period are all specified in the active promotion terms. Users must opt in to the welcome bonus prior to or at the time of making the qualifying deposit — retrospective opt-in is not available.
Illustrative Example: A "100% Welcome Bonus up to PKR 25,000 with 30× wagering" means that a deposit of PKR 25,000 generates a PKR 25,000 bonus, and you must wager a total of PKR 1,500,000 in qualifying games before any withdrawal is permitted. These figures are illustrative only. Refer to the active promotion terms for current figures.
All games available on the ce999 Platform are provided by independent third-party software suppliers and operate according to the individual game rules published by each supplier. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
RNG (Random Number Generator) based games are subject to independent certification and audit by accredited testing laboratories. Certified Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel and are indicative long-term theoretical figures — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during gameplay, ce999's decision regarding the outcome of the affected game round shall be final. Where a round cannot be completed or its result cannot be verified, the wager for that round may be voided and the stake returned to the User's Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ce999 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of ce999. Any unauthorised use may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ce999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit ce999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. Users wishing to close their Account should contact ce999 support with a written request. Account closure does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.
ce999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where:
Upon termination for cause, ce999 may withhold all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to applicable KYC verification and any outstanding chargebacks, disputes or legal holds.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ce999 holds its operating licence. Users who access the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably in the first instance by contacting ce999 customer support. If resolution cannot be achieved informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of the applicable licence jurisdiction, in accordance with the procedures of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent ce999 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
ce999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to fee structures, eligibility criteria, bonus rules or dispute resolution procedures — ce999 will provide Users with at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Terms. Users who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically and ensure they remain aware of any updates.
